Folk and Costume Museum opens Monday 15 June
It's official – we are opening the Folk and Costume Museum from tomorrow, Monday 15th June.
Huge thanks to National Trust of Guernsey staff and volunteers for managing social distancing guidelines which change on Saturday to 'no social distancing'. There is an advantage to social distancing around a museum ... you enjoy a little more space and thoughtful observation than usual! Hold that thought, just for a week. We look forward to seeing you again, however and whenever you are able to visit. Monday – Saturday: 10am – 5pm (last entry 4.15pm) Sunday: 11am – 3pm Entry Adults: £6 | OAP/Student: £4 | Children 7-18: £2 Children U7: FREE National Trust (worldwide) and La Société Guernesiaise Members: FREE Nearby catered facilities at Salvatore’s Cafe and WC facilities at Saumarez Park. Events, tours and childrens’ activities will not resume until further notice. The Museum is classified as an ‘Uncontrolled’ environment and two metre social distancing will be in place. Payment by card only, regrettably no cash accepted. We are grateful for your support and interest in all things ’National Trust of Guernsey’ and truly look forward to welcoming you all. There’s never been a better time for you, your friends and fellow Islanders to explore the best of Guernsey’s heritage and nature.
