Hammam Towels arrive for Summer

Folk and Costume Museum

If the weather forecast is to be believed, we’re heading for a heatwave.

Wonderful timing then, for the arrival of Hammam towels at the Folk and Costume Museum Shop, Saumarez Park. Manageress Ann Segers explains “they are so versatile, can be used anywhere and roll up to the such an easy size. Perfect on the beach, on a boat trip and around the house. If you’re going on holiday, they're so easy to pack and use any way - beach wrap, hair wrap, picnic towel, sun shade.”

Wrap a bar of Marseilles soap in the Hammam Towel and voilà, the perfect companion piece. Unrolling the Hammam Towel with scents of honey and lavender sounds like a Summer memory in the making – and a beautiful gift too.
