Lands change of use

We have been following with interest the threads on social media concerning areas of agricultural land currently being absorbed into domestic curtilage.

It is clear that this topic is of interest to many Islanders with a variety of different views. 

The subject has been discussed at a number of Council meetings and the following statement explains the Trust’s position on this topic. We believe that it is self-explanatory but would be happy to discuss this with any of our Members.
