Lé Viaër Marchi 2019 – our Golden Anniversary year!

https://youtu.be/RCCPcwXtoPI National Trust of Guernsey's great annual event, celebrating Island traditions and heritage, rolls out at Saumarez Park next Monday 1st July. 2019 is a special year for the event, as it marks the Golden Anniversary of Lé Viaër Marchi 1969 - 2019.  From 5pm until sunset, Saumarez Park will be a vibrant place, bedecked with stalls, sideshows and a central arena, where music, singing and dancing all take place. Enjoyed by over 200,000 visitors since 1969, Lé Viaër Marchi now welcomes over three generations of Islanders. Familiar faces are guaranteed throughout the evening.  Free parking at Home Farm Field Entry £6. Children under 15, accompanied by an adult, FREE Bus routes 41 and 42 from St. Peter Port.
