NTG supports push for Biodiversity Strategy

President Martin Ozanne has recently written to all States Members on behalf of the Council of the National Trust of Guernsey in support of the Environment Department's proposal for the preparation of a Biodiversity Strategy that will enhance local measures and should ultimately enable the States, in effect, to sign up to the Rio Convention.   We hope States Members will agree that such an important matter should not fall for the lack of what is, relatively, a very small level of funding required.
