Witches Stones & Pumpkins

  One of the first things we learn in Guernsey, is that the little odd stones that stick out of the granite walls are for 'witches to sit on' - it's legendary!  Pumpkins are selling aplenty, and today's pic is an All Hallow's Eve offering from the kitchen and two very careful teenage girls - no A&E required ... not even a plaster.  So ... phew.   The cut-outs were as lovely as the pumpkin lantern!
