La Prévôté and Clifton Valley

La Prévôté enjoys an expansive seascape position, with walks alongside Clifton Valley and a verdant pathway beside a meandering stream. An ideal circular walk from a coastal position to nearby countryside finishing back at this high cliff top position.

Information

Park at La Prévôté and head inland along a lane which passes Clifton Valley, one of the first land parcels acquired by the Trust. More Trust land starts at the parish trough, known as an abreveur, on the lane leading from La Prévôté watchtower and stretches down the valley to the west of the road, marked by wooden posts. Marked by wooden posts, a pathway, following a stream, has been created and joins up with the cliff path which in turn, takes you back to La Prévôté.
