Summer: Guernsey Vine-Ripened Tomato Tart with basil and garlic

Guernsey doing what Guernsey does best

Luke warm waters lap at the Cup & Saucer (Fort Grey Maritime Museum) and bathers enjoy swimming on a rising evening tide.  Happy family BBQ's, toasty granite walls to lean against ... truly the best of a Guernsey summer
