Soroptimists International work with National Trust of Guernsey

Huge thanks to Soroptimist International, Guernsey for helping National Trust of Guernsey achieve the long-held aim of creating lavender banks either side of the long drive way at Trust property, Les Caches Farm.
The growth and bringing on of the plants have been months in the making, all under the care of Soroptomist Members. Today’s planting session at 6pm was followed swiftly by rain at 7pm. We couldn’t have planned that watering-in if we had tried!

We look forward very much to watching the lavender grow and providing a haven for pollinators and a picturesque addition to the landscape, particularly for wedding events.
