Following Libby Ballard's six week Artist in Residence position at Elizabeth College, she is hosting a one off exhibition showing a unique body of work inspired by her stay in Guernsey including a new take on the traditional Guernsey Bean Jar. Libby has created a series of baby Bean Jars, giving new life to the traditional Guernsey Bean Jar which, since Moulin Huet Pottery closed, is increasingly hard to find. We very much hope to be able to stock limited amounts of these pots in our shops at Folk & Costume Museum and also 26 Cornet Street by early Summer. Before then, they will be for sale at the her forthcoming showcase. (Very limited numbers!) Libby's exhibition is at Elizabeth College's GateHouse Gallery from Friday 27th February until Sunday 1st March.
