Rich layers of spiced rice with cauliflower florets, green beans, chestnut mushrooms, golden sultanas and cashew nuts.
Slow-cooked Blackeyed Beans
Slow cooked Blackeyed Beans in mild, sweet Goan spices, with coconut and flat bread are another temptation.
Both dishes are served with spiced dairy free yogurt dressing and a Kachumba salad.
