Congratulations to Notre Dame pupils and NTG's Elizabeth Lihou for making a storming collection of Christmas decorations last Saturday afternoon. About 15 pupils came along to NTG's Victorian Shop and Parlour at 26 Cornet Street for a lively afternoon of cutting, glueing and sticking together some striking Christmas decorations, all done around a large table in the basement of the shop. Whilst that was going on, some pupils were helping decorate the first floor Victorian Parlour, ready for Christmas opening this coming Thursday, 4th December. Notre Dame pupils had already made plenty of decorations for the shop, so it's true to say that the Christmas sparkle enjoyed by 26 Cornet Street is all thanks to Notre Dame! We are very grateful for their help and the fun vibe they bring to our pretty shop at this time of the year. Next stop ... His Excellency Lieutenant Governor Air Marshal Peter Walker and Mrs. Walker officially declare our shop at 0945am on Thursday 4th December. 26 Cornet Street is a top-to-bottom Aladdins Cave of really delightful goodies and is well-worth a trip if you want to find something unusual and charming.
